well//fed retreats

Immerse yourself in deliciously mindful retreats where gastronomy meets yoga.

well//fed comes to you from the traditional lands of the Wadawurrung people.

We acknowledge living on stolen Aboriginal land. On country embedded with many thousands of years of First Peoples wisdom, tradition, connection, strength and resilience. We acknowledge First Nations peoples connection to this land; the beautiful waterways, ocean, flora and fauna, and sky country. We pay a deep respect to Elders and knowledge holders. We acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded.

Well//fed invites you to immerse in the serene victorian countryside for retreats that centre sustainable eating practices, farm-to-table education, slow movement, breath exploration, connection, and still moments.

YOGA

2x Yoga classes a day in our dedicated Yoga space. Bolsters and blocks provided, just show up with your mat. Start the day with movement, pranayama, Kriya, and meditation. Relax into afternoon yin, Nidra, meditation. All classes are beginner friendly.

Cooking workshops

Join our exciting, interactive cooking workshops where you'll discover techniques to reduce food waste and create delicious, sustainable meals that the whole family will love. From learning how to make your ingredients last longer to discovering innovative ways to nourish and please the gut, these hands-on experiences are designed to be accessible and enjoyable for all. Walk away from this retreat with practical skills and newfound knowledge to impress your friends and make a positive impact on your kitchen and the planet.

Sauna

Sauna sessions can promote relaxation, improve circulation, and help the body release toxins through sweating, leading to potential benefits for cardiovascular health and overall well-being. And guess what - we’re got our very own on site!

Downtime

This is your holiday. Everything on the daily schedule is completely invitational. Want to skip the morning practice - go for it, luxuriate in a sleep-in! Would rather pass on the sourdough workshop? No offence taken. Want to book in a massage at one of the many spa centres in the Hepburn region? Ask us for recommendations! Feel free to craft the ultimate retreat for yourself, we’ll be honoured to simply hold that space for you.

Connection

3x catered meals a day are available for us to sit together and share delicious food, stories, laughter, and community. There will also be dedicated spaces in the accomodation for social connection, and dedicated spaces for silence. You choose what you need.

Nature Walk and cacao

This year we are very excited to be offering Soma Cacao in ceremony. Soma is a multi-award winning, premium quality, ethical trade, heavy metal safe (convinced yet?) supplier for ceremonial-grade cacao. Join us as we demonstrate cacao preparation with our very own recipe, before hitting the path for a mindful nature walk, finishing with a cacao meditation to connect to the land.
